How to recover data from pen drive corrupted  in 60 seconds

Sometimes you have a pen drive that is not accesible and when you try to access, Windows show the following message "You need to format the disk in drive D: before you can use it. Do you want to format it?".

If you have the pen drive empty this message isn't a problem, but normally when we need some files of it or we have personal information we feel scare a little bit more.

In some cases, the filesystem is corrupted or has sectors that cannot be read, so to fix this problem a recover our information we will do the next steps:

• Open CMD (Command Prompt)

First, clic on Windows icon located in the bottom bar after that, write "cmd" and clic on Command Prompt.

Once followed the steps you will show a black screen and a cursor blinking.

• Identify your pen drive volume letter

In my case, the volume letter is D: , is important choose the correct letter to scan the filesystem and repair.

• Check and repair the filesystem

The third step and last, copy the next sentence between quotes "chkdsk / f D:" and change  "D:" for your volume letter of the disk you want to repair and clic enter.

After this step if your pen drive was repair correctly, you could see your files.
